I am a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Islington and Haringey in North London offering sessions for individuals and couples. Psychotherapy and counselling give a confidential and sensitive space to explore where you are, where you have been, and where you may be heading. Sharing thoughts and feelings through talking and listening can gradually open a way to be in life in a different way

I have experience working with individual and couple clients who bring a wide range of life challenges both past and present; issues presented might include:

difficulties in relationship

anxiety, depression, stress and panic attacks

healing from childhood or adult trauma

confusion, life choice or change and becoming who we are

sexual orientation, sex and sexuality

cultural heritage, identity and oppression

loss and grief

emotional, physical or sexual abuse or bullying

feelings of low self esteem, loneliness or isolation
